The Technology Project Manager oversees the planning, management, and execution of technology projects across the department. They facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, including software engineers and data analysts, to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Candidates must have proven experience managing large-scale technology projects and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies. A background in regulated industries or healthcare systems, including EHR and data standards, is preferred.

The Technology Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the successful completion of technology projects within Upward Health. This role involves planning, managing, and executing development of projects for teams across the Technology Department, assisting those teams with managing their backlogs and meeting high standards of quality. The Project Manager will work closely with various teams, including software engineers, data analysts, QA testers, and executives, to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of key initiatives. They will play a key role in facilitating communication and synergy between cross-functional teams and ensuring that projects meet the evolving needs of the business.
