With a history of significant growth since 2009 and a brand-new, larger facility in West Chester, Ohio, we are looking for motivated individuals to contribute to our continued success. Pick, pack, and palletize materials according to order specifications, ensuring correct quantities and product types
Collaborate and work effectively with team members
Prepare shipments by creating bills of lading and shipping labels
Load trucks accurately while prioritizing quality and adhering to safety protocols
Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks
Performing other tasks assigned to support the overall warehouse and shipping operations
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong physical ability to lift and handle heavy materials regularly (up to 50 pounds)
Previous experience in order picking, packing or warehouse operations
Knowledge of forklift operation and safety practices
Familiarity with material handling equipment and basic hand tools
Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic
Basic computer skills to process shipping labels and update inventory systems
Positive attitude, ability to be a team player and step in where needed
