Assist with preparing apartment homes for new residents by performing cleaning, painting, and basic repairs. Support maintenance technicians with work orders and maintain the cleanliness of common areas and grounds.
Previous experience in building maintenance, construction, or general labor in a residential or student housing environment is preferred. Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in various physical conditions, including heights and confined spaces.

Nova Tallahassee is seeking a Temporary Maintenance Assistant to support our maintenance team during the summer turn season. This position assists with preparing apartment homes for incoming residents and helps ensure the community is clean, safe, and move-in ready.
