We are seeking an RN - Care Team Supervisor to:
Provide operational leadership and front-line mentorship, serving as a clinical resource to ensure the delivery of safe, competent, and evidence-based patient care
Partner with leadership to direct reports through the full employment lifecycle from hiring and scheduling to coaching and evaluation, while fostering an engaging environment where staff practice at the top of their license
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage daily resource allocation and optimize patient throughput
Lead safety huddles, patient rounding, and audits to ensure compliance with ANA, Magnet, and regulatory standards
Lead with strong emotional intelligence to foster a culture of shared governance and continuous improvement, while effectively managing human and material resources to maintain fiscal responsibility

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing - Required
