The Instructor is responsible for a 4/4 teaching load and providing service to the Department of Construction Management. The role involves instructing undergraduate students and reporting to the Department Chair.
A Master's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required. Preferred candidates possess at least two years of college-level teaching experience and five years of relevant industry experience.
The Department of Construction Management is seeking a 12-month, non-tenure earning, Instructor of Construction Management. Position responsibilities include 4/4 teaching load or its equivalent, and service.

Anticipated Start Date: The position is expected to begin on August 2, 2027.
