Provide high-level administrative support and office management for the UAMS Division of Research and Innovation, specifically supporting the Associate and Assistant Vice Chancellors. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating travel, and monitoring financial records and expenditures.
Requires a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience or a High School Diploma with 7 years of administrative experience, preferably at the executive level. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workday is required, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Additional Information:
40%- Maintains calendars, schedules appointments, coordinates meetings and special events, and coordinates travel arrangements for the Associate Vice Chancellor for Research and the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Research Compliance.
40%-Performs general office management functions, including ordering supplies, requesting services, completing requisitions, renewing memberships and assisting with travel arrangements for staff housed within the Division of Research and Innovation.
10%-Monitors financial records and general expenditures, works with Divisional Chief of Staff and financial analyst to determine budgets in accordance with division spending.
10%- Performs other duties as assigned
