Requires a Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing and a valid Ohio or Multi-State Compact RN license. BLS certification is required upon hire, with ACLS or PALS potentially required based on unit standards.

UH Elyria Medical Center 9 Smythe is a 37-bed telemetry unit specializing in observation patients. Because the expectation is that patients admitted in observation status are in the hospital for less than 24 hours, our floor can be fast-paced.
