The Assistant Coach manages individual and group strength and conditioning programs to support the physical and mental development of student athletes. They serve as a liaison between coaching staff and medical professionals to monitor health and improve athletic performance.
Candidates must have previous successful strength coaching experience and familiarity with Division III athletics. Preferred qualifications include CSCS or CSCCa-SCC certifications and an associate's degree or higher.
The Strength & Conditioning Assistant Coach manages all individual and group strength and conditioning programs to meet the nutritional, physical, and mental development needs of student athletes. The Assistant Coach will also provide technical and professional supervision of the preparation of student athletes for Division III Intercollegiate athletic competition through the utilization of scientifically based principles of athletic performance training.

The Strength & Conditioning Assistant Coach is a full-time, salaried, exempt, annual (12-month), limited appointee position.

Previous successful strength coaching experience
Familiarity with Division III athletics
Demonstrated strong commitment to athletes as students
USAW Level 1 Certification
Current NSCA - CSCS or CSCCa-SCC Certification
Associate’s or higher degree
