The Food Service Manager oversees daily program operations, directing staff to ensure consistent food preparation and quality service. Responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining clean kitchens, and ensuring compliance with health inspections.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and 2-3 years of experience in food service and training. Experience with the National School Lunch and Breakfast Program and a Serv Safe Certification are required.

JOB GOAL: The Food Service Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the program. The Food Service Manager will direct staff to ensure consistency in the service and prepare food according to the recipe provided.
