ROLE PURPOSE
This position will assist the supervisor in providing orientation, training, work direction, and guidance to residence workers. Assists clients to live successfully in residential settings such as group homes. Ensures that clients’ physical, emotional, social, educational, and medical needs are met. Assists client to enhance quality of life with activities of daily living and the development of life skills.

COMPENSATION
As Connective is a unionized environment, the starting wage is $30.95 per hour. The wage will increase with every 2,000 hours worked up to a maximum of $35.52 per hour.
Important: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada, observe their weekly hours limit if under a temporary or study visa, and provide proof of eligibility if selected for the role.
