Optum Infusion Pharmacy, a division of OptumRx, is searching for a patient-inspired, results oriented and collaborative Regional Sales Director to join our Sales Team. This is a high-performing Team, and this role is critical to the growth of our division.
Under the direction of the VP of Sales, the Regional Director of Sales is responsible for leading a team of IG Care Specialists and Clinical Liaisons selling IG infusion services. The RSD will also partner closely with their Intake, Operations and Nursing peers to achieve positive patient outcomes and over-achieve their Region sales goals.
If you are located in the Midwest, you will have the flexibility to work remotely as you take on some tough challenges.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $90,000 to $195,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
