The Orthopedic Technician applies, adjusts, and removes casts and splints while assisting surgeons with procedures and patient care. They also manage orthopedic schedules, coordinate diagnostic tests, and educate patients on the use of orthopedic devices and post-operative care.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of related experience and proficiency in orthopedic practices and terminology. Intermediate computer skills and the ability to work effectively within a medical team are required.

As an Orthopedic Technician you will apply, adjusts and removes casts and splints. Fits and adjust canes, crutches and walkers, and gives patients instruction on the use of these walking aids.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.00- $36.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
