The Manager of Community Development implements financial security efforts and enhances the quality of life for the Sulphur Springs community. This includes managing resource centers, coordinating community engagement activities, and overseeing grant-funded projects.
Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, along with at least four years of relevant experience including management. Candidates must be able to work some evenings and weekends and drive within the Suncoast region.

We are looking for an individual who is innovative, collaborative, and self-sufficient in implementing Financial Security efforts around our place-focused work while enhancing the quality of life for residents of the Sulphur Springs community. The ideal candidate will be able to build strong partnerships, increase efficiency in services, and contribute to the growth in alignment across all resource centers.
