The HubSpot Expert will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing the company's CRM, including building workflows, pipelines, and automated marketing processes. They will also handle data organization, lead scoring, and provide training and documentation to the team.
The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with the HubSpot platform. They are expected to possess deep technical knowledge of HubSpot CRM, integrations, and sales tools to improve lead management and customer journey performance.

Set up and manage HubSpot CRM (contacts, companies, deals, pipelines)
Build and optimize HubSpot Workflows & Automation
Create and manage lead capture forms, landing pages, and email campaigns
Configure lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and segmentation
Build dashboards and custom reports
Implement and manage HubSpot Sales tools (tasks, sequences, templates)
Clean and organize CRM data (properties, lists, duplicates)
Integrate HubSpot with external tools (Zapier, Gmail, WhatsApp, etc.)
Support the team with HubSpot training & documentation
Monitor performance and suggest improvements weekly
