The Construction Superintendent is responsible for managing new home construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, on budget, and safely. They also oversee warranty service for completed home projects to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and a Construction Management degree or comparable professional training. A minimum of 3 years of residential construction experience and 2 years of project management experience are required.

Over the last 65 years, United Built Homes has constructed more than 40,000 quality custom homes throughout Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas. We are currently seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our dynamic team in the Conroe Design Center.
New Home Construction - Building high-quality homes on time, on budget, safely and with high customer service and satisfaction.
Warranty - Supervising service for completed home projects.
Team players who support co-workers, exhibit personal and professional integrity, have a positive attitude and outlook, give service to others, and strive for success on every project.

Qualifications
Education - Construction Management degree or comparable professional training and experience
Qualifications - High management, organization, communication, technical and supervision skills with attention to detail
Work History - 3+ years of experience working on residential construction projects, along with 2+ years of project management experience
