The Business Analyst is responsible for investigating, analyzing, and documenting business processes to identify technology-driven improvements. They will facilitate stakeholder discussions, manage contract intake processes, and develop reports to support operational decision-making.
Candidates must have 3-5 years of direct business analyst experience and a bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field. Proficiency in process documentation, low-code platforms, and project methodologies like Agile and Waterfall is required.
The Business Analyst is responsible for undertaking the methodical investigation, analysis, review and documentation of business functions and processes, the information used and the data on which the information is based. The Business Analyst identifies and defines requirements for the use of technology to improve the Fund’s processes and systems and quantify potential business benefits. This position also has primary responsibility for supporting the Fund’s contract intake process and related improvement initiatives designed to improve efficiency, accuracy, and operational effectiveness.
Education, Licenses, and Certifications
Salary range for this position: Salary $64,100 to $80,100. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to: relevant experience, qualifications, expertise, certifications, licenses, education or equivalent work experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
Work Schedule (may vary to meet business needs): Monday ~ Friday with potential for
hybrid work-from-home arrangement.
