Requires a B.E/B.Tech degree and over 5 years of experience in residential facility management. Must have expertise in MEP, vendor management, budgeting, and statutory compliance.
5+ years of experience in residential facility management.
Experience in handling multiple sites and large teams.
Good knowledge of MEP, housekeeping, security, safety, and vendor management.
Experience in budgeting, billing, and working with clients.
Familiar with government and statutory compliance.
Skills:
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good planning and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and facility management tools.
Able to analyze reports and make data-driven decisions.
Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
Willing to travel for site visits within bangalore
Should ensure safety, quality, and compliance at all time.
