Lead Trade Marketing for the soap category within the Personal Care Business Unit, focusing on shopper marketing strategies and omnichannel channel growth. Manage S&OP processes, promotional investments, and coordinate between strategy and execution with sales teams and clients.
Requires a bachelor's degree, advanced English, and previous experience in Customer Strategy & Planning (CSP) and S&OP cycles. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Power BI and Excel.

Desenvolvimento da estratégia de shopper marketing da categoria e colaboração nos projetos de inovação, construção de volume Y1 e pipeline, comunicação e planograma.
Shopper Marketing & Insighs: trazendo a visão do shopper, clientes e canais
Channel Strategies: incluindo uma abordagem omnichannel (off + on)
Category Management: visão de crescimento da categoria em parceria com clientes
Portfolio management: avaliação de oportunidades dentro do portfolio e oportunidades de desenvolvimento da categoria
Elaboração de campanhas promocionais junto a agencias parceiras, do desenvolvimento à execução e gestão de investimentos, além de acompanhamento e gestão de resultados
Conectar plano de volume x resultados financeiros do negócio, buscando oportunidades incrementais.
S&OP: Gestão dos targets, budget e forecast (TTS e BMI) em conjunto com time multifuncional.
Definição dos investimentos por sub categoria, intensidade promocional e estratégia de preço
Realizar as ações planejadas e fazer a estratégia acontecer através do time de vendas/merch e dos clientes.
Tradução da estratégia para a ponta, desenhando planos de detalhamento por canal/ região.
Tracking de performance de campanhas e da elaboração/implementação de materiais de ponto de venda.
Conhecer os estudos de mercado, e conectar com a dinâmica da ponta.
Estar próximo ao time de vendas, para garantir conexão da estratégia com o campo.
Trabalhar com times multifuncionais na construção dos IBPs e estratégia do negócio.
Liderar reuniões de ciclo de vendas (ELU, Conecta, Talks, Business Reviews e JBPs)
Atuar como ponte entre estratégia e execução, influenciando stakeholders internos.
Ensino superior completo;
Inglês avançado;
Experiência prévia em CSP;
Pensamento analítico, crítico, organizado e criativo;
Experiência com o ciclo de S&OP
Experiência com desenvolvimento de campanhas promocionais
Capacidade de influência dos stakeholders e construção de Storytelling;
Conhecimento das ferramentas da Cia, como Pwbi, Excel, Power Point, Fibra, GPC
Boa comunicação e desenvoltura com pessoas
