PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES
Liderar projetos estratégicos de E-commerce, garantindo planejamento, execução e entrega dentro dos prazos acordados.
Atuar como ponto focal entre áreas como Marketing, Trade, Supply Chain, Financeiro e TI para garantir alinhamento e fluidez das iniciativas.
Analisar dados de performance, identificar oportunidades de crescimento e propor planos de ação estruturados.
Apoiar o desenvolvimento e a implementação de melhorias na jornada do shopper digital.
Garantir excelência na execução de campanhas e ativações junto às plataformas de Ecommerce e parceiros-chave.
Desenvolver rotinas de acompanhamento de KPIs e apresentar resultados para stakeholders.
Identificar riscos em projetos e atuar proativamente na mitigação.
Implementar processos e ferramentas que aumentem eficiência e escalabilidade das iniciativas digitais.
Colaborar com equipes internas para priorizar demandas e otimizar alocação de recursos.
Mapear tendências do canal e trazer insights relevantes para evolução do negócio online.
EXPERIÊNCIAS E QUALIFICAÇÕES NECESSÁRIAS
Ensino Superior Completo;
Experiência comprovada em Trade Digital, Marketing Digital, Comercial ou áreas correlatas;
Atuação prévia em gestão de projetos (estratégicos, digitais ou cross-funcionais), com forte organização e capacidade de priorização;
Habilidade analítica para leitura de dados, indicadores de performance e tomada de decisão baseada em insights;
Excelente capacidade de comunicação e colaboração com áreas diversas (Marketing, Trade, Supply Chain, Financeiro e TI);
Capacidade de liderar iniciativas simultâneas, com autonomia e senso de dono.
Diferenciais: proatividade, adaptabilidade e facilidade de interação com diferentes áreas, garantindo integração e fluidez nos projetos.
EXPERIÊNCIAS E QUALIFICAÇÕES DESEJÁVEIS
Experiência com ferramentas e plataformas de Ecommerce, incluindo indicadores como tráfego, conversão, sortimento e disponibilidade.
Vivência em relacionamento com grandes varejistas digitais ou marketplaces.
