Au sein du département Property Management, Purchasing and Sustainability, l'équipe de Direction Technique sur site garantit la maintenance et le fonctionnement technique du Centre Commercial ainsi que la sécurité des biens et des personnes, planifie et suit les gros travaux de maintenance et le pilotage des entreprises prestataires, élabore, suit et contrôle les budgets annuels et pluri-annuels (plans à 5 ans) et le reporting. Elle est également en charge de déployer la stratégie RSE du Groupe et notamment de s’assurer de la transition énergétique du Centre Commercial.

Vous êtes issus d’une formation supérieure Grande Ecole de d’Ingénieurs ou équivalent universitaire
Vous avez une expérience de 5 ans à 10 ans, acquise en travaux au sein d’ERP, gestion/exploitation technique acquise au sein d'une foncière, d’un property manager ou dans l’hôtellerie.
