The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for managing and coordinating patient care within post-acute care facilities. Key duties include conducting patient rounds, writing orders, and collaborating with nursing staff and physicians.
Candidates must possess a Nurse Practitioner license and DEA certification. One year of relevant experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, or emergency medicine is preferred.

The Advanced Practice Provider role involves the proficient management and coordination of patient care within their assigned population.
