Supervise and coordinate the maintenance department to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local building codes and regulations. Maintain the facility in a sanitary and safe condition while overseeing quality laundry services.
Requires a high school diploma and prior maintenance experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility. A minimum of one year of maintenance supervisory experience is required.

As a Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental center compliance in accordance with Federal, State and Local ordinance, regulations and building codes. You will also ensure the community is maintained in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition; in good repair, free from hazards such as those caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating and cooling systems. This position is also responsible for the provision of quality laundry service.
