The Maintenance Director supervises the maintenance department to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and building codes. They are responsible for maintaining the facility in a safe, sanitary, and orderly condition while overseeing laundry and housekeeping services.
Candidates must have at least one year of maintenance supervisory experience and prior experience in a long-term care or similar healthcare setting. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with strong communication skills and knowledge of building systems.

As a Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental center compliance in accordance with Federal, State and Local ordinance, regulations and building codes. You will also ensure the community is maintained in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition; in good repair, free from hazards such as those caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating and cooling systems. This position is also responsible for the provision of quality laundry service.
