The API Planner will perform NDE material inspections and generate weld repair plans and ITPs for various mechanical and soft-skill work packages. The role involves reviewing work packages and performing assignments under the direction of the Site Manager.
Candidates must hold API 510/570 certifications and a valid TWIC card. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.

Turner Specialty Services, LLC is seeking an experienced API Inspector (510 / 570) Planner for work in the Plaquemine, LA area. This role will perform duties associated with NDE of materials in accordance to referencing code. API 510/570 Inspection and ability to follow and draw isometric drawings. Non-exempt role; Reports to Site Manager; Close Supervision assigned duties according to specific procedures / work is checked frequently.

Functional Requirements:
Generate weld repair plans and ITP's, review work packages for Mechanical (welding, pipefitting, boilermaking), soft-skill (Scaffolding, Painting, Insulation), civil, rigs all sizes, QA/QC, X-Ray, hydro blasting, etc., perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction
Compensation
Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.

Physical Involvement:
