The Associate Manager is responsible for driving sales and meeting KPI metrics while maintaining high-end client relationships. They also lead the team through coaching, training, and ensuring adherence to visual merchandising guidelines.
Candidates should have proven success in luxury retail sales and a passion for the TUMI brand. Physical ability to lift 30 pounds and flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays are required.
