The Assistant Manager is responsible for driving sales and KPI performance while fostering a luxury client experience. They also support the Store Manager in team development, recruiting, visual merchandising, and operational compliance.
Candidates should have proven success in luxury retail sales and a strong understanding of KPI metrics. The role requires flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as the physical ability to lift boxes and stand for extended periods.
