The Associate Manager is responsible for driving sales and meeting KPI goals while creating a superior client experience that reflects the brand's luxury ethos. They also assist the Store Manager with team development, coaching, and ensuring store compliance with visual merchandising and operational standards.
Candidates should have strong sales and client experience, preferably within the luxury market, and a proven track record of meeting performance goals. The role requires physical capability to lift 30 pounds, flexible availability for nights and weekends, and strong leadership and communication skills.
