Key Responsibilities
• Prospecting: Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach (e.g., LinkedIn).
• Lead Qualification: Research potential clients and evaluate them based on budget, need, authority, and timeline to determine viability.
• Lead Nurturing: Engage with early-stage prospects to build rapport, answer preliminary questions, and spark interest.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings, product demos, or consultations between qualified leads and Account Executives.
• CRM Management: Document interaction history, update prospect data, and score leads in CRM software
• Experience: 1–2 years in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or business development.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with persuasive, confident phone etiquette.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with modern CRM platforms and B2B research tools.
