About the role
Trustpair is looking for an operational, hands-on Freelance Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist to increase the capacity of our Revenue Excellence team and support the delivery of our roadmap.
Reporting to Claire, our Head of Revenue Excellence, you will work closely with Thibault, Sales Ops, and with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Data.
This is a global individual-contributor assignment for someone who can quickly take ownership of our revenue systems, integrations, CRM data quality and technical onboarding processes autonomously.

Part-time: approximately two to three days per week
Hybrid arrangement, with regular work from our Paris headquarters

What you'll do
Tools and integrations
Provide hands-on technical support to Revenue and Finance users across HubSpot, Chargebee, Modjo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Aircall and Planhat
Configure and maintain connections between our go-to-market tools as operational needs evolve
Support the rollout of new tools, including setup, field and data mapping, testing, handover and documentation
Monitor the health of our integrations and investigate or resolve synchronization issues
Help users troubleshoot recurring technical and access-related problems
Data quality and CRM governance
Partner with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to enrich account, contact and deal data so that teams work from a reliable, up-to-date source of truth
Build and administer global CRM hygiene checks that improve reporting reliability
Maintain data-quality controls linked to closed-won and closed-lost processes
Identify inconsistencies or gaps in our CRM data and implement practical solutions
Help ensure that teams follow agreed CRM processes and data standards
Documentation and technical onboarding
Document key Revenue processes and keep the documentation current as tools and workflows change
Set up new Sales team members across the relevant tools, including accounts, permissions and integrations
Create clear onboarding and handover materials
Ensure recurring administration and support activities remain easy for internal teams to manage

Must-Haves
Around 2 to 3 years of hands-on Revenue Operations or Sales Operations experience, ideally within a fast-growing B2B SaaS company
Practical experience administering a CRM and creating or improving automated workflows
Strong HubSpot experience is highly preferred
Experience supporting users and troubleshooting operational or technical issues across go-to-market tools
A structured and rigorous approach, with strong attention to data quality and operational detail
The ability to interpret revenue data, identify issues and use insights to improve processes or decision-making
A proactive, hands-on attitude: you move work forward independently, test solutions and look for answers when blockers arise
Strong interest in AI, CRM automation and new ways to improve productivity
Collaborative communication skills and a service mindset when supporting Revenue and Finance users
Professional fluency in both French and English
Based in or able to travel regularly to Paris
Able to work under a valid freelance arrangement

Experience with one or more: Chargebee, Planhat, Modjo, Aircall, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Looker or Dust
Experience connecting and troubleshooting multiple go-to-market systems
