Monitor compliance with licensing, accreditation, and regulatory requirements across

locations

•
Assist in crisis management and contingency planning for site-level disruptions

Nonprofit Development

•
Develop and execute strategies for fundraising, grant writing, and donor relations

Research and pursue grant opportunities aligned with the organization's mission (e.g.,

mental health access, community wellness)

•
Build and maintain relationships with community partners, funders, and stakeholders
•
Plan and oversee fundraising events, campaigns, and donor stewardship activities

•
Prepare reports and impact summaries for funders, board members, and community

partners

•
Support the development of the organization's nonprofit arm or affiliated foundation, if

applicable

Cross-Functional Leadership

•
Collaborate with clinical directors and site leads to align operational and development

goals with client care standards

•
Represent the organization at community events, partner meetings, and public forums

•
Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to the Multi-Site Director

•
Support staff training related to organizational initiatives and development goals

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Public Health,

Social Work, or related field

•
3+ years of experience in operations management, nonprofit development, or a related

leadership role

•
Strong project management and organizational skills

•
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grant writing experience
