The Implementation Manager oversees the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring successful deployment of formulary management products. This includes managing project planning, risk mitigation, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience managing the full lifecycle of PBM implementations. Proficiency in pharmacy benefit design, project management methodologies, and strong communication skills are required.

The Implementation Manager will oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring their successful implementation of TruDataRx’s formulary management products. Implementation of our products involves plan design, formulary configuration, customer service, file exchange setup(s), prior authorization processes, quality assurance activities, and other service components that require strategic planning and cross functional coordination to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or a relevant field
