You will test, inspect, and verify finished coil components to ensure they meet quality standards before shipping. Additionally, you will identify defects, document test results, and maintain accurate records while working in a safe, organized environment.
No prior experience is required for this role, as training is provided. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn and improve.

What You’ll Do
Work Schedule & Expectations
We're hiring to support two separate shifts as we continue to grow:
Day Shift: Typical schedule: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Overnights: Typical schedule: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM, Monday through Friday
Shift assignments will be discussed during the hiring process.
Overtime is common as we continue expanding our operations.
We’re upfront about this because the role comes with strong earning potential for those willing to contribute.
