The dispatcher is responsible for the scheduling and routing of technicians to meet market goals. They provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients in a high-volume environment.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of customer service experience and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting. Experience with Service Titan and previous dispatching experience are preferred.
