The Inventory Specialist oversees all inventory and purchasing operations, including tracking materials, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring accurate stock levels. They are responsible for maintaining system data in Service Titan and Sage while supporting field technicians with timely material fulfillment.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management, preferably within the HVAC or plumbing industry. Proficiency in inventory software, strong organizational skills, and the ability to perform physical warehouse tasks are required.

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for overseeing all inventory & purchasing for a HVAC operation.
