The welder will perform MIG welding and fabricate metal components according to project specifications and blueprints. They are also responsible for operating equipment safely, conducting quality checks, and troubleshooting machines to maintain production standards.
Candidates must have experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting and possess strong mechanical aptitude. Proficiency in reading blueprints, tape measures, and welding symbols is required, along with the ability to perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting.

As a Welder at Bryan Steam, you’ll play a key role in fabricating and assembling metal components for a variety of manufacturing projects. We're looking for detail-oriented, safety-minded individuals who are passionate about their craft and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This is a full-time, Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm, union-hourly position located in Peru, IN.
