The role is working within our studio Ludios:

Ludios — from Ludus (Latin for "play" or "game") and -ios ("the people of") — means The Game People.

We’re an independent game studio backed by the Tripledot Group, led by Eyal, one of Tripledot’s original founders. At Ludios, we bring together the spirit of a new studio with the legacy and expertise of a global mobile games powerhouse.

We develop our own original titles, including Hexago and Marble Match, and we’re currently working on exciting new projects — including games built in collaboration with well-known IPs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the technical architecture and roadmap of the game.
• Lead engineering efforts across gameplay systems, networking, backend, and tools.
• Oversee backend and server orchestration (matchmaking, scaling, cloud/hybrid infra).
• Drive performance optimization across a wide range of mobile devices.
• Ensure smooth Unity–native code integration and effective OS-level interfacing.
• Setup CI/CD pipelines & engineering best practices, maintain technical excellence.
• Mentor and guide engineers, providing leadership on complex problem-solving.
• Collaborate closely with design, art, and production to deliver a polished competitive experience.
