Oversee daily construction operations, including scheduling, project coordination, and the management of project managers and field crews. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while driving profitability and improving company cash flow.
Requires 3+ years of experience in construction operations or management, preferably in roofing, exteriors, or restoration. Must be proficient in Xactimate and possess a valid driver's license with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
