Ensure construction quality, site safety, and security standards are met.
Oversee punch list completion and project turnover to Property Management.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, municipalities, permitting agencies, and community stakeholders.
Monitor contractor compliance with community hiring initiatives and M/WBE participation goals.
Proactively identify issues, recommend solutions, and keep leadership informed of project status.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

Experience working for a General Contractor; experience with a real estate developer is highly preferred.
Experience with mid-rise and/or high-rise apartment construction.
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining project schedules and quality standards.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work full-time on construction sites in the Greater Worcester area.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with affordable housing developments.
Familiarity with Procore and Primavera scheduling software.
