The counselor will conduct substance use assessments, provide individual and group therapy sessions, and perform the 12 core counseling functions. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Candidates must hold a current MN LADC license or ADC-T temporary permit and be able to pass a DHS background study. Proficiency in EMR systems and a commitment to ongoing co-occurring training are required.
