Du bist das Bindeglied zwischen Anfrage und Auftrag. Als Service Quotation Engineer stellst du sicher, dass aus Kundenanfragen in 24h technisch saubere und kaufmännisch stimmige Offerten werden.
Deine Aufgaben
- Technische Offert-Erstellung: Du bearbeitest Anfragen für temporäre HVAC-Lösungen: Heizung, Kälte, Lüftung, Entfeuchtung. Dimensionierung, Geräteselektion, Zubehör, Logistik
- Kalkulation: Du erstellst Mietpreise, Setup-Kosten, Transport, Inbetriebnahme und Service-Pauschalen. Ziel: Marge sichern und wettbewerbsfähig bleiben
- Lösungsdesign: Du arbeitest mit Plänen, Lastprofilen und Lastenheften. Bei komplexen Projekten stimmst du dich mit Business Development und Technik ab
- Kundenkommunikation: Rückfragen klären, Alternativen vorschlagen, technische Details erklären – per Mail, Telefon und manchmal vor Ort
- CRM & Dokumentation: Offerten, Stücklisten und Dokumente sauber in ERP/CRM pflegen. Nachverfolgung von offenen Angeboten
- Prozess-Optimierung: Du baust Vorlagen, Stücklistenkataloge und Kalkulationstools weiter aus, um Durchlaufzeiten zu verkürzen
- Übergabe: Nach Auftragserteilung übergibst du das Projekt sauber an Disposition und Service
Das bringst du mit
- Ausbildung: Techniker HF Gebäudetechnik, Ingenieur HLK, oder technische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Verkauf/Projektierung
- Erfahrung: 2+ Jahre in der TGA, im HVAC-Vertrieb, in der Offertstellung oder im technischen Innendienst. Rental-Erfahrung ist ein Plus
- Technikverständnis: Du kennst dich aus mit Heizleistung kW, Kälteleistung, Luftmengen m³/h, Druckverlust und Energieverbrauch
- Tools: Sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, ERP/CRM. Erfahrung mit CAD/Planlesen von Vorteil
- Arbeitsweise: Strukturiert, zahlenfest, lösungsorientiert und stressresistent. Du behältst auch bei 5 Anfragen gleichzeitig den Überblick
- Sprachen: Deutsch fliessend, Englisch gut. Französisch ist ein Plus
