The Director of Finance will oversee financial accounting, reporting, and strategic planning while managing the finance team. They are responsible for board reporting, revenue recognition, payroll, and ensuring compliance across all jurisdictions.
Candidates must have 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including 3+ years in a controllership role. A CPA or equivalent professional accounting designation is required, along with experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.

About the Role
As our Controller at Traction Complete, you are responsible for overseeing the financial accounting for the company, including execution and overseeing various financial and administrative processes, being involved in business planning, preparing financial reporting to management, and playing a key role in audit and compliance. You will report to the CEO.

Our market data is refreshed on an annual basis to reflect the most current market conditions. The salary band for this role is $160,000 - $180,000 commensurate with experience.
Starting salaries will vary within this range based on experience, skill level, and internal equity related to the role.
