The Equipment Operator I is responsible for operating golf course machinery and performing routine maintenance tasks to keep the grounds in optimal condition. They must also maintain equipment logs, ensure facility safety, and report any machinery deficiencies to the technician.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent education. The role requires the ability to understand directions, operate golf course machinery, and perform physically demanding tasks in various outdoor weather conditions.
