The agent will handle incoming calls for service appointments and repairs while also making outbound calls to generate new service appointments. This role is essential for maintaining the dealership's service department workflow.
The position requires a commitment to a full-time schedule, working 5 days per week with Sundays off. Candidates should be comfortable with both inbound and outbound call center tasks in a fast-paced dealership environment.
As a service center call center agent, you will be responsible to answer incoming phone calls for service appointments and repairs as well as make outbound cars to generate appointments for our service department. This rewarding position is full time, with hourly pay plus a commission at the end of each month based on performance. The work schedule would be 5 days per week, with Sundays off.
