Position: Leasing Professional
Location:  The Rand Apartments, Columbus, OH
Office Hours:  Tuesday-Friday 9-6PM & Saturday 10-4PM 

Pay Rate: $18-$22/hour (based on experience), plus commissions, incentives and bonus potential

What You'll Do: 

• Engage with prospective residents, showcase model apartments, and highlight community amenities
• Handle inquiries, conduct property tours, and manage follow-up communication in Yardi
• Assist with application verification, lease renewals, and insurance verification
• Ensure a smooth move-in experience and overall property readiness
• Maintain the pristine condition of model apartments, target units, and market-ready vacancies
• Conduct market surveys, evaluate competitor properties, and contribute to innovative marketing strategies
• Support the property’s social media presence and assist with planning resident events and activities

Who You Are: 

• At least one year of experience in multifamily housing leasing, sales, or direct, face-to-face customer service. 
• Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with professional phone etiquette and a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and leasing compliance.
• Experience with property tours, lease negotiations, applications, and resident relations.
• Ability to conduct market surveys, competitive analysis, and manage social media platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Yardi experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently, including weekends and flexible hours as needed.
