The Assistant Coach provides climbing instruction to children of various ability levels and learning styles. They are also responsible for creating high-quality training curriculum and programming for Team Touchstone.
Candidates must be experienced in bouldering, top rope, and lead climbing with a strong grasp of technical climbing movements. Passion for working with children and a creative approach to instruction are essential.

Compensation
Starting Pay is $21.50/hour. Assistant Team Coach individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to; facility location and type, membership volume, experience, and job/position tenure.
