To strengthen our growing team in Vienna, we are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Junior Sales Management / Internal Sales Representative (m/f/d).
Your Responsibilities
Support the sales team in managing and developing customer relationships across international markets.
Independently prepare, process, and follow up on customer quotations and offers.
Coordinate customer orders from receipt through execution and delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email.
Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Maintain and update customer records within ERP and CRM systems.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, Procurement, Production Planning, and Finance teams.
Prepare sales reports, analyses, and customer presentations.
Support continuous improvement of sales and operational processes.
Assist with administrative and organizational activities within the Sales Department.
Your Profile
Commercial education, business studies, or a comparable qualification.
First professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Sales Support, or Business Administration is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach.
Well-organized, structured, and able to work independently.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems is beneficial.
Excellent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken.
High level of reliability, ownership, and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment.
