The Merchandiser is responsible for stocking and maintaining product displays at partner stores to meet sales goals. They must also ensure back-room organization, perform freshness rotation, and provide exceptional customer service.
The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods and working in cooler environments. Candidates must follow company merchandising procedures and comply with health and safety regulations.

The Merchandiser contributes to the success of Bloomstar by providing exceptional customer service at partner stores. This includes merchandising products, freshness rotation; display set up and maintenance, cooler stocking/rotation, storage room organization and movement of product from storage to the sales floor.
This role will follow the company’s Merchandising systems, procedures and policies to meet the overall sales goals of the company.
