Act as the primary contact for German-speaking customers, managing the entire lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion. Collaborate with product and IoT teams to ensure customers derive maximum value from the FM Operations platform.
Requires excellent German and very good English skills, along with a high level of technical affinity for AI and IoT. Previous experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage, but motivated career changers with a hands-on mentality are welcome.

Als Junior Customer Success Manager bist du die zentrale Ansprechperson für deine deutschsprachigen Kunden – vom Onboarding über die laufende Betreuung bis hin zu Verlängerung und Ausbau.
Du sorgst dafür, dass Kunden den vollen Wert aus unserer FM Operations Plattform ziehen, baust langfristige, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen auf und arbeitest eng mit Produkt, Entwicklung und dem IoT Team zusammen.
Diese Rolle ist ideal für Menschen, die gerne anpacken, technisch neugierig sind und Freude daran haben, Kunden wirklich weiterzuhelfen.
