The New Home Coordinator works with the sales team to provide service and support throughout the homebuilding process. They are responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders including customers, lenders, and building jurisdictions to ensure a smooth project flow.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of customer service experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, with preference given to those with a bachelor's degree or title company experience.

As a New Home Coordinator at Tilson Homes, you'll work alongside our sales team to bring our customers' dream homes to life. Your role will be vital in providing exceptional service and support throughout the homebuilding process.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate is a customer-focused individual passionate about the homebuilding industry. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with preference given to candidates holding a bachelor's degree. You should have at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with a Title company or title documents is a plus! This is an hourly role paying $20 to $24 per hour depending on experience.
