The Head of Compliance & Compliance Counsel provides strategic leadership for the development and oversight of the company's compliance and ethics program across North America. This role also serves as legal counsel, advising executive leadership on regulatory risks, investigations, and the promotion of a culture of integrity.
Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and be licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. The role requires over 10 years of progressive experience in legal, compliance, or risk management, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
